The staff were very friendly, and the location is great—just a 2‑minute walk to Turtle Beach. The rooms aren’t luxury, but that’s normal for Turkey, so the price‑quality ratio is acceptable. The only downside is the shared balconies on the second floor; some might see it as a plus if they get along with neighbors.

We loved the location near Turtle Beach and the nearby cafés; the staff were extremely helpful, fixing internet outages immediately and replacing a broken hairdryer on the spot. Cleaning was daily. The room was large with two huge beds and an ocean view from the balcony. The hotel itself was new and fresh, with a big balcony and a rare in‑room drying rack. The only issue was a non‑working safe, but nothing valuable was lost.

This hotel is fantastic for its beach location and nearby restaurants and bars in Hikkaduwa. The rooms are very spacious, with a little drying rack that was much appreciated. The bed was comfortable, the windows let in plenty of sunlight, and the sea view was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and I’ll definitely return.
