“Ottimo con qualcosa da rinnovare”

The staff, cleanliness, courtesy, and spa are all great; the room is small but functional, and everything else is excellent. The TV has Sky and the internet works well. The rooms and bathrooms, though cozy and tidy, feel a bit dated and could use a refresh; they’re not very large (at least ours), leaving space for only one armchair. The bathroom has a huge jacuzzi that might be better replaced with a modern shower. The rooms lack air conditioning and even a kettle, which is now standard.

Very convenient and in a great spot. The coffee and cappuccino could be much better, and the heating in the rooms is very noisy, especially at night, disrupting sleep. For an hotel of this level and price, that’s not very acceptable.

I was impressed by the hotel's great location and comfortable rooms. However, I did notice that the bathroom tiles were worn and a bit faded, which was disappointing considering the high price tag of around €500-€600 per night. For a 5-star hotel, I expect a higher level of maintenance and attention to detail.

“Da migliorare”

The hotel staff were friendly and professional, which was a highlight of my stay. However, my room was outdated, and the breakfast was overpriced. Overall, it was an average experience.

“Un gradito ritorno”

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's excellent breakfast, particularly the freshly made eggs. The spa was also a great amenity, as it was never too crowded during my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience.
