The hotel sits right in the mountains, giving it a calm, relaxing vibe, and the pools and even the animals add a nice touch. Mario was on top of everything for us and Alan was really helpful at breakfast, while the rest of the staff were friendly all around. The only snag was the Wi‑Fi – it only worked when the TV was on, which was a hassle with the kids.

The place looks really nice and the building is solid; the heated pool was definitely the highlight and we made the most of it. Check‑in, however, took far longer than the advertised time and was a bit frustrating. All in all, a pleasant spot if you can overlook the wait.

The team was excellent and very polite, and the hotel’s infrastructure – clean pool, well‑cared animals, tidy rooms and a great play area – impressed us. We booked a higher‑floor room but ended up on the ground floor, and a few dishes came out without any salt or seasoning. Still, the overall stay was enjoyable.

Cleaning wasn’t up to par and they tried to charge extra for simple items – I paid about 100 reais for four wooden sticks for the fireplace, which felt absurd. Not a great value overall.
