There were queues to enter the dining room, and because we arrived late due to the line, we had to wait until there was space; we just started to eat, and they told us to take what we were going to have since they were pulling the buffet, which was very bad. The queues in the dining room are pathetic for a 4‑star hotel.

The food and organization of the restaurant were good. The pools were very small and the location was not ideal.

The buffet was perfect, very varied and all tasty, even though you had to wait a bit in line. Every waiter, the cleaning crew, and the entertainers were very friendly and attentive. The pool area was cozy and well‑cared for. The beach is in front, just a 10‑minute walk. The apartment was very spacious and the bedroom bed was super comfortable and huge. The sofa bed made a lot of noise with even the slightest movement, but it was still very comfortable.
