The staff on site were helpful and friendly, and the TV worked with Netflix open. The apartment on the first floor felt cramped; the beds and doors creaked, the bathroom was outdated, and the room service left the insect screen open, letting unnecessary insects into the room. The shower water wasn’t always hot; the management did respond in the evening after we asked for a fix, but the water stayed cold.

The room was small and nicely furnished, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was freshly prepared.

The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were dirty, and everything else was bad.

The bed is comfortable, the shower is abundant and powerful, perfect for bathing. The breakfast, which offers 4 options, is excellent, prepared on the spot, and is a good mix of natural fruit and protein. It’s quiet, so there isn’t much noise, and there’s a restaurant nearby, Lucía’s place, which is tasty. The room didn’t have a blackout curtain or a window cover, so light came in early. Also, the walls weren’t well insulated and you could hear murmurs or knocks from other rooms. It didn’t bother us at all, but they’re points to improve.
