“no parking”
The listing claimed this property had parking. When I arrived, there was none. The host told me to leave the car on the street outside or pay for a garage myself. He never once mentioned that the hotel is inside a ZTL (restricted traffic zone) and failed to register my number plate with the authorities. Hotels in Naples can do this for their guests to avoid exactly this situation. Because of that, I am now dealing with a traffic fine, an administrative process through the car rental company and the stress of an official notice sent abroad. Any host in central Naples knows about the ZTL. Letting a guest drive into it without a single word of warning is careless at best. The listing was misleading, the information was poor and the host took no responsibility for either. If you are arriving by car, avoid this place. If you do book it, check the parking and ZTL situation yourself before you arrive, because the host will not tell you. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.
