The hospitality was amazing in a lovely home, and the communication about the stay and arrival/breakfast times was superb. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to London and highly recommend it.

The host was super friendly and attentive, the breakfast offered many options up to a full English breakfast, very plentiful. The connection to the city centre is good with several bus lines or underground. The location is quiet. Good restaurants nearby, and the host also gave good tips.

Feeling at home in London, the Georgiana’s Guesthouse welcomed us with a warm reception and outstanding care throughout. Janice, Katie and Julia treated us to a superb, very generous breakfast every morning. We always looked forward to returning after city excursions, where engaging conversations, good wine and tasty snacks awaited. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable. Parking our car on the street posed no issue, and public transport links were excellent.

Georgiana’s home is beautiful and inviting, with lush greenery and colourful plants. Our bedroom was very comfortable and featured a lovely patio for us to use. There were many thoughtful touches in both the room and bathroom, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Its location is ideal for exploring London. I chose this guesthouse because I had eye surgery while in London and the stellar reviews gave me confidence. Georgiana and her daughters made us feel so welcome and were incredibly kind throughout, which made a huge difference and I’m very grateful. My son especially enjoyed the hammocks and chatting with Georgiana. The breakfasts were highly recommended, tasty, and the gluten‑free options were no problem.
