We had the worst experience with our previous hotel, booked this one last minute while stranded in Blackpool, the hotel owner was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us—so happy and engaging; my partner’s mother was cold during the night, we called the owner and he was straight up with a heater even though it was late; beds were comfy. The only thing, not a fault of the hotel, is that it’s an Uber ride away from anything you need but was literally 4/5 quid so wasn’t too bad. If you want quiet with a lovely sea view then this is the right place for you!

Friendly staff, but no toilet roll in the room and the room was damp.

Nothing good; the staff was rude, it was very noisy with loud music till 11 pm and people banging and being loud, I didn’t feel safe there at all.
