The place sits right in the middle of everything, the beds are super comfy, and you really get your money’s worth; the real highlight is the staff—friendly, helpful, especially the kind receptionist. Thanks for everything!

The layout is good, especially the women’s area right next to the reception, which is always busy. It’s a plus to have two kitchens (at least one is very clean) and the bathrooms are mainly downstairs. There’s a small outdoor seating area, and the beds can be swapped at reception on request. I only got a locker key when I asked; others were offered one too. Rooms have fly screens. However, at least one bathroom (toilet + shower) has no key and isn’t marked from the outside. The bathrooms were generally only semi‑clean, but okay. I wonder how often the sinks are scrubbed, as there are obvious limescale deposits right next to the drain. The bathrooms unfortunately lack fly screens, so mosquito bites are a real possibility. I’m disappointed that breakfast is included in the price but isn’t adjustable for vegans or lactose‑intolerant guests.

They offer breakfast and the spot is well‑located. The “mattresses” are so thin you almost sleep on the metal. There’s no organized check‑in; I booked a few beds and was sent to one that was more than double the size. I had to complain to get the right one—luckily there was still space, otherwise Pacis would have taken something I didn’t reserve. Dirty. They clean early, but it doesn’t keep up with so many people.

Totally confusing, found hair and orange peels in the shower—dirty. The big structure was a complete mess, the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Dirty.

The host was very nice, kept texting me with useful info before I got there. The hostel itself is huge and spotless, and the location is handy, close to the tram stop. I think everything was good.
