The breakfast was beautifully arranged, and the room at the back was very quiet with a view of the greenery. Initially we got a hot, poorly ventilated room, but we swapped it right away; the shower head holder was useless, so we reported it.

The hotel’s location was excellent and the staff were quite friendly, yet the room was far too warm, the air‑conditioner didn’t work, and the breakfast was overpriced.

The location was central and well connected to public transport, but because the windows were closed it was noisy; the beds and other furnishings were good. The staff, especially at breakfast, could be friendlier, often the dishes were missing, the coffee tasted bad, and the breakfast didn’t match its price.
