close to the beach restaurants bars and O top shopping. no vehicle parking , no elevator ,the stairs not really suited for the older person struggling to climb a few, it wasn't mentioned in Booking .com that there were stairs , booked on the 5th floor without my knowledge , however the staff saw this as a problem, so they rebooked to the second floor , well done to the staff

There was no one at the desk when we were checking out. They took a security deposit, but it was not refunded, even when we called out multiple times to anyone who could be there

Everything was beautiful and all the sites were close to the hotel, especially the staff member Bella who was very helpful and friendly—thanks Bella for the warm welcome and smile.
