The hotel's location was a major plus for me, but unfortunately, that's about all I have to say in terms of positives.

The staff were super friendly, but the room felt stuffy, smelled of cigar, and the A/C didn’t cool enough for me even though the filters looked clean.

The breakfast was good, but it could be better with more protein options like eggs, since the selection was mainly carbohydrate‑based. I’d also like a more eco‑friendly approach by replacing Styrofoam coffee cups with reusable or sustainable alternatives—small changes that would improve the guest experience.

Minutes from downtown, an open‑concept layout, a pool, and a good price, though the room was just okay. It met the needs for the graduation evening. Don’t take any food or coffee from the breakfast lobby; there’s a chance you won’t get your deposit back. Signs are everywhere and staff won’t remind you, but thankfully they didn’t charge us for bringing coffee to the room. Coffee isn’t mentioned on the sign.

Right off the interstate, but not loud. Good restaurants close by. Great water pressure and hot water. Cigarette burns on blanket in a non smoking room. Took front desk personnel an extended period of time to come check me in because “left the phone in the lobby while helping another customer” there were 2 sheets on the bed on the beds instead of a blanket/comforter. Broken tiles in bathroom

Close to the highways, very clean (even saw them dusting the walls), the pool was well maintained, the room matched the online description, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast could use a bit more variety and better coffee, and having shampoo and conditioner in the rooms would be nice, though not essential. The security deposit was extremely high when paying by credit card, and they can charge it if there are damages.
