The place feels cozy and spotless, the bed was comfy, and the host was so friendly it felt like family.

Seamus was incredibly kind and welcoming, and even though our English was awful, we still had a good time with him. His house is in a great spot.

Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, the host was very warm and excellent, but the bed was too small.

Seamus was a very friendly host indeed. Cheerful and chatty. Invited us to a drink. Sorted us out an early breakfast so we could get to Newgrange by 8.50. Bed a bit small for a couple. Although it had been pointed out to us by message that reception is closed for a certain time in the evening it was a bit of a bother
