We didn’t get breakfast, and the Keurie coffee pot never turned on. Toilet paper ran out and the front desk wouldn’t supply more. The remote in the twin room didn’t work, there was no Wi‑Fi, no phone, and water leaked onto the floor in the washing‑machine area. Cameras on the balcony pointed directly at us, which felt invasive, and we couldn’t watch the Cowboys vs. Giants game. Already mentioned those issues.

The location and pools were nice, but the place was unclean. We stayed for five days and only received one roll of toilet paper, so we had to buy more. The living‑room couch was filthy and uncomfortable, and when we requested someone to clean the oven—left over food from previous guests—there was no response. The bathtub was dirty, with hair in the tub and sink, and again no reply. The person from Capital who arranged a 90‑minute presentation told us the venue was 15 minutes away, but it actually took longer and we arrived at the wrong address. We were turned away at a gated community, and attempts to reach Melissa were futile because her voicemail was full. It was a chaotic, wasted morning.

The location and parking were good, but the mattress was old and one of the beds was broken.

The property was clean and the staff and pools were great, but the room was awful: a shade lamp in the bathroom because the overhead light was out, a broken patio‑door handle, no coffee pot, pillows completely flat, and no lamp in the living room because it was in the bathroom.
