I believe the human factor, that is, the staff we interacted with, has a huge impact on the overall rating. Problems can happen, but if we are well attended, the overall impression is positive. We had no issues at Lummina; the facilities and cleanliness are great and the reception and café staff were very attentive, kind, and helpful all the time. Highly recommend.

The service was very good, quick and friendly. The room was very tidy and clean, the bathroom a bit cramped but the shower was spectacular. Breakfast was great and overall the experience was very good. The only issues were the bathroom space and the night‑time check‑in with the gate closed and the intercom in an awkward position.
