The receptionist over the phone was great, and the hotel was empty. The breakfast was very sad, just a few sausages, eggs, and the cheapest pastries. Pipes were being repaired in front of the hotel, so we couldn’t park inside and our shoes are still muddy.

The hotel’s location was good for us because we liked walking a few steps. The breakfast was good, and besides the continental spread we could order freshly made egg dishes on request. The hotel is small, pretty, and has wonderfully large rooms. Very individual, pretty, and simple.

The mattresses were old and hard, like sleeping on a wooden board; I paid upfront for the room, but they charged an extra €9 for parking and an extra €15 for my dog, even though the hotel claims to be pet‑friendly—this was the only night I stayed.

Great for a short stay, close to the city; the car was parked safely in the courtyard, though space was a bit tight; the room décor felt a little outdated but everything was impeccably clean.
