“We came for a soccer tournament, the hotel didn’t make all the guest follow the hotel rules so it was a bit overwhelming”

The location was great, but I didn’t think it was the cleanest.

We had two rooms for two nights, and neither of them was cleaned during our stay.

“Rooms great parking fee very upset.uncalled for.”

The rooms were very comfortable. However, they now charge $5.00 a night for parking in the motel parking lot, which feels unnecessary since we already paid for the room. The staff mentioned that non‑guests or others couldn’t park there, and we were given a parking tag for the windshield. They could have simply given us that tag without charging us. The motel is on main traffic, and the staff didn’t mention the extra parking fee or the $5.00 a night when we checked in; it feels a little much. It would help if they communicated this before booking.

This was our second visit and we were pleased again, so we’ll come back on our next trip to Indy! The only minor issue was that there was no hair dryer in the room and the coffee maker didn’t work. Those are small compared to other places we’ve stayed at, so keep up the good work and I’m sure other guests will return too!

“Didn’t stay was issued a refund”

The hotel had roaches. I took pictures and showed the front desk and was issued a refund. Very nasty. Full of roaches
