We were blown away by the view from our Villa room, and the free breakfast served both in the room and on the balcony was superb. The café offered first‑class food and drinks, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is just a 5‑minute walk from the magnificent Big Buddha. We had originally booked a standard hotel room with a huge bed in a very clean, modern, tiny space, but we upgraded to a Villa. The place has an upbeat modern vibe, yet it’s only practical to reach if you have your own transport; walking to the Big Buddha would be quite difficult.

The rooms are comfortable and functional, but many of the pictures in the listing actually come from the bungalow complex on the opposite side of the street, not from the hotel itself. If you book a hotel room, you don’t get access to those bungalows.

The views are incredible and I highly recommend it, even though the pool was dirty, it didn’t stop us from swimming.
