Everything was terrible, old and dirty, with no air conditioning and a horrible fan. The elevators smelled bad, there were only two of them, and the cleaning staff couldn’t reach our floor because the ancient elevator wouldn’t stop at the correct number, leaving us waiting 15 minutes to get up and down to the lobby; I’ll never stay here again.

The staff were excellent, and I think a tip should be included in card payments because cash is increasingly scarce and useless.

I loved the location, but the staff never cleaned my room for two nights, claiming a button was pressed to skip cleaning, which was a lie; the bed was uncomfortable, the room lights were poor, and the noise was awful – a terrible experience, never coming back or recommending it.
