“Decent place, not worth the price.”

The location was quiet, the spa was good, the building overall was nice, and the lake behind the hotel is quite serene. The curtains in the room don’t close properly; I complained on the first night and no one came to fix it. The next day I moved to another room and the same issue persisted. The bidet in the bathroom doesn’t work. Breakfast was modest and didn’t meet expectations; there was no live cooking for eggs, which is normal in small hotels.

I was appalled by the reception staff—disrespectful and filthy. The front‑desk guy claimed he was new and working elsewhere, yet guests still felt uneasy. We called during the day to book, were told to come in and book on arrival, but when we got there around 9 pm they said no rooms were available. After an hour searching other hotels, I booked through the website and returned with a confirmation; the same receptionist confirmed that a guest had just left and that was the only room left. At 10 pm the room was supposedly ready, but we didn’t check in until 11 pm. We couldn’t enjoy our trip at all. While we waited, other guests complained but received no response; I offered them to leave a review because this is not how guests should be treated in a hotel.
