“Refreshing and friendly”

Breakfast was tasty, the staff were helpful and friendly, and they understood we wanted a quiet place, so they put us away from crowds. The shower had the best water pressure I’ve ever felt. The place is beautiful 😍. I’m annoyed that there was no bathtub in the room I specifically chose. The plumbing needs a review because water pooled in the shower. Add a soap holder in the shower. Clean the entrance area—dirt and trash were left outside. Put clear signs along the main road from Spar onward since the location isn’t accurate on Google Maps. Get the authorities to upgrade the road.

1.The room is big 2. 1.Shower not working properly. No mix of warm and cold water. 2. The entire family has no utensils to open wine bottles 3. Room do not have orientation booklet/guide 4. No telephone to communicate with reception for emergencies 5. Meals are important, therefore the people doing the breakfast they should look like the food they are serving No prejudice. But you understand 5. No bar fridge to put our meals

“Not happy with the management”

I was sent to the wrong guest house by the owner, costing me almost 35 minutes of extra travel and she never apologized, which felt unprofessional when I pointed it out.
