The place is nice; we stayed one night and it was worth the money, with a balcony view, a clean and hygienic bathroom and room, and overall it was a good place to stay.

The property sits in a prime spot near two veg restaurants, one non‑veg restaurant, and the KSRTC bus stand; the room was spotless, quiet, and pleasant, and the terrace offered beautiful views of misty tea plantations, with everything just fine.
