Nordan, the housekeeping manager, and the breakfast staff were helpful, but I discovered a web of spiders on the bathroom face towel that stretched from the mirror to the towel handle, and an Arabic-speaking staff member responded inappropriately and said it was normal. I was shocked to see spiders on the towel, above my bed, and everywhere in the suite, even with my children. The Arabic-speaking staff came to the room with someone to “clean” the ceiling with a broom—what they call cleaning. In the evening, when I complained that the family suite still had spiders after cleaning, another man moved me to a room without AC and smaller than the family suite. If Nordan had noticed this on arrival, I don’t think there would have been any issue; she was very helpful, cleaned every inch of the suite, and apologized for everything. Special thanks to her.

The hotel's natural surroundings were truly stunning, and I was initially excited to explore the area. However, my enthusiasm was short-lived, as I was disappointed by the hotel's attempt to change the terms of our breakfast agreement at the last minute. This untrustworthy behavior left a sour taste in my mouth and made me question the hotel's integrity.

The hotel's prime location near a game park was a major draw for me, but unfortunately, the property fell short in terms of cleanliness. The rooms were infested with insects, and the staff failed to clean them properly. I ended up cutting my stay short due to the unbearable insect problem.

While I found some aspects of my stay at this hotel to be enjoyable, I was ultimately let down by the excessive cost and lack of excitement. The hotel's atmosphere was dull and uninviting, and I often found myself feeling bored and disenchanted. Overall, I felt that the hotel's high prices did not justify the lack of value and enjoyment that I experienced during my stay.
