The room smelled bad, and the cleaning was zero.

Excellent staff, great location, good dinner, clean linens. The hotel felt a bit tired.

The location was great, but the furniture was old.

The only positives were the airport proximity and the receptionist’s effort to make things work; everything else was dirty—white socks on the carpet turned black in under 5 minutes, missing toiletries that forced me to ask for shower gel, a messy communal area, and a dust‑covered wardrobe or whatever it was.
