The pool, the standalone villa, the tranquility, the natural setting, and the personal care made us feel completely taken care of—from car rentals, spa massages, transport, to ferry tickets. We dined wonderfully at the on‑site restaurant; truly a must‑visit!

The outdoor area was clean, and the lighting looked beautiful in the evenings. The garden was pleasant and well maintained. The room was tidy, quiet, and peaceful, with plenty of natural sounds at night. The shuttle service from the harbor to the harbor worked. The bathroom was unclean and in poor condition; the toilet and its surroundings were dirty, the corners of the shower area were filthy, and the towels had old stains even though they were clean. The breakfast promised on the website had to be walked up and down a couple of hills before it could be found. The directions we received upon arrival were confusing. Some staff were cheerful and courteous, while others were less customer‑service oriented. Occasionally the door lock on the room was difficult to close, and the doors didn’t line up properly.

The property is very pretty with a pool open at all times and a very good breakfast. It’s important to update the booking because the hotel does not have a baby bed. The hotel is very far from the port (45 min) but close on foot to Kelingking Beach. The breakfast isn’t in the hotel but in a restaurant 5/10 min walk away, which is less convenient with a baby.

The exterior with the pool and the comfort of the bed were positive. The toilet had traces of excrement, the shower room smelled bad and had a lot of mold. There was no wifi, but it was resolved the next day, and the worst part was that our diving gear was stolen from our terrace.
