The staff were nice and the handicap bathroom was great for safety, but the room was filthy.

The price was good and the flooring looked nice, but the AC was broken and the front desk never answered our messages; the phone was useless too, so we couldn't call anyone. It was over 100 degrees and the lack of AC made the whole experience terrible.

Breakfast was available, but we needed more take‑away options because we were leaving and couldn't just sit down; some pastries for coffee on the road would have been nice.

The AC was strong, the bed was soft, and the room was mostly clean, with staff who were very nice. However, breakfast only offered raisin bran, DIY waffles, and cheeze whiz pancakes, which didn't feel like a proper breakfast; many items were broken or in disrepair, and the Wi‑Fi worked sporadically or not at all.
