“Es war wieder einmal wunderbar!”

I’ve stayed at Mandala Hotel in Bac Ninh several times. It feels like coming home when I arrive. The best part is the staff everywhere is extremely friendly and competent. And on hot summer days, swimming in the large rooftop pool and enjoying the city view with a coffee is simply great. An excellent hotel with great staff. Nothing really! Maybe the price?

“Excelente hotel en mitad de Bac Ninh”

I was impressed by the hotel's reception staff, who were warm and welcoming. The included parking, infinity pool, and gym were great perks, and the breakfast buffet was one of the most complete and varied I've had in a year. The room was clean, and the location was perfect, right in the city center. My only minor complaint was that there were only two towels provided for four people, but the reception team quickly rectified the situation.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's surroundings, which added a touch of serenity to my stay. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful scenery made it an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. However, some minor issues with the hotel's facilities could have been improved upon. Overall, the hotel's location was its strongest selling point, and I would definitely recommend it to those seeking a relaxing escape.

“Nice hotel and definitely back again”

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with a truly exceptional experience that left me with a lasting impression. The hotel's cleanliness and overall ambiance were top-notch, and I felt right at home during my visit. However, I did notice that the hotel could improve its amenities to cater to a wider range of guests.
