The welcome and especially the setting were great, yet the jacuzzi lacks wind protection.

Trying the domes for the first time gave a bit of privacy and the option to enjoy a heated jacuzzi whenever desired, but the insulation could be better and there’s a creaking door noise—minor details compared to the unique stay.

The setting is unusual and refreshing, and the accommodation is comfortable.

The experience was terrible—misunderstandings about the booking and the managers’ attitude. My husband made this reservation for the first time on Booking. He didn’t receive an initial confirmation, so the manager asked him to re‑book, which he did. Afterwards, he didn’t keep a close eye on the app. The manager apparently sent him a message asking, “Did you book 2 domes for 22/08?” He replied yes and sent a screenshot of his booking. Despite that reply and proof, the manager never told him that, according to her, it was two separate reservations to pay for. For us, who aren’t in this field, “2 domes” naturally meant two lodging units, especially since the units are called “domes.” We thought we had simply booked the two domes in our reservation. To our surprise, at arrival the manager told us we had booked two domes and asked why, since we were only two people. My husband answered that yes, we booked two domes. I then asked clearly, “What does ‘2 domes’ mean? Does it mean two reservations?” She said yes. I explained that for outsiders this term could be confusing and that it would have been simple to clarify when my husband replied and sent the screenshot. Instead of finding a solution or acknowledging the misunderstanding, her husband arrived with an attitude we found particularly arrogant, essentially saying: “You booked two, you pay for two.”
