The bedding was clean, the elevators worked, parking was safe, and food and drinks were available when needed, but the carpet was stained, the portable cooler had dirty water and clogged dust inside, the bed was very noisy and stiff, parking was expensive compared to other places nearby, the TV and mirror were unclean, the bedside lights didn’t work, and the TV picture was very blurry.

It wasn’t too far from Leeds Centre and it met all my needs, so everything was good for me.

The location was great, parking was on site (but chargeable), and the room felt modern and clean, yet the bed was very hard and uncomfortable unless you prefer that firmness; breakfast offered only basic bread, no pastries, a poor selection of cereals, and the layout forced us all to gather in one area.

The hotel was nice and the breakfast was good, but we arrived to find only two beds in the room even though we had booked three.
