This hotel is perfectly located, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable.
The location is perfect, and the staff is even better.

I had a lovely stay in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter; the room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel is right in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, which makes it very convenient for getting around, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. The staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. A special thank you to Mr. Biên and the whole team for their kindness and great service. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel!

Located in the middle of the old quarter, the hotel is great. However, some guests smoke in the rooms even though it’s forbidden; the issue was fixed after the staff intervened.

A perfect spot right in the heart of the old town, the room was modern, comfy, and spotless. The staff were very friendly, giving great advice and help. I know exactly where to return for my next family trips to Hanoi. Highly recommend!
