The hotel is on the waterfront and close to everything—very convenient. The breakfast was very abundant but not very tasty. One of the hosts was very rude; a friend of mine was told that even with documents he couldn’t check in. Mention this in the rules, as I didn’t see it written anywhere.

The location was good, close to the beach and pedestrian zone. The hotel felt a bit dated, the rooms were very small, and the air‑conditioner leaked onto the floor.

The breakfast was excellent, offering fresh fruit and a wide range of sweet and savory options until 11 am. It’s just a short walk from the beach and very close to Viale Dante, perfect for evening strolls.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and upbeat! The buffet breakfast was great, with a solid selection of sweet and savory items. The building feels a bit dated, and some rooms have very small bathrooms.

The breakfast variety and quality were outstanding. The location is superb, only 90 m (according to the navigator) from the 91‑concession bathroom and even closer to the restaurant/pizzeria, both also 91‑concession. I really appreciated how helpful everyone on the staff was.
