The situation and Amir, the receptionist. The entrance has no elevator (you have to climb at least two floors), and the breakfast is not on the premises – you need to go to a café/restaurant five minutes away, and although it’s tasty, it’s not varied.

The breakfast at Vian Cafe was very good, and the location was super, so you could even walk to NewYork Cafe. What really stood out was Herr Homayoun at the reception—he was very helpful and friendly, and I’m especially grateful to him. The hotel entrance didn’t look very nice at first glance.

The room was good and comfortable, with a suitable bathroom and attentive staff, and getting to public transport was easy. But the building itself was poorly maintained, hosting other businesses that caused a lot of foot traffic, and many doors with multiple passwords made us feel insecure. The check‑in instructions were confusing and we struggled to get into the building. Breakfast isn’t served on site; instead it’s at a nearby café where we were given a voucher that offered very few choices and didn’t start until 9 am. The café staff treated voucher holders poorly, served a half‑full glass of juice diluted with sparkling water, and the overall service was awful. I strongly advise against buying the breakfast! The minibar in the room is actually a wine cellar and doesn’t chill well.

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica collegata con tutti i mezzi per spostarsi al meglio, anche a piedi se si vuole. Lo staff super accogliente e super disponibile pronto a soddisfare ogni quesito
