“Ubicación errónea”
The service from Eva was flawless, but the accommodation turned out to be in the wrong spot—it's not in Moñitos, it's in Río en Medio. We ended up paying double for transport, and the location became impractical during the rains because there's nothing nearby, no shops or restaurants, so we had to eat everything on site. Connections were absent and getting transport was hard. There was no air conditioning, even though the booking clearly stated that it was available.
