“Um show de horrores”

The location was the only good thing. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what the room rate promised. Despite the great location and the excellent service from the front‑desk gentleman, the hotel suffered from serious maintenance issues: the room had mold, leaks, dust, rust, a worn mattress and fridge, and a shower that didn’t heat. Soundproofing was poor. The bed sheets and towels were clean, though. Breakfast was basic, with stale bread, a lack of replenishment, insects in the dining area, and a very unpleasant incident involving a kitchen staff member. The hotel has potential but urgently needs upgrades in maintenance, hygiene, and comfort. For the price charged, I expected far more and would not stay again.

Breakfast was very good, but any decent hotel in the South offers room heating, and here you’d have to upgrade to a higher room to get it. No complaints overall, but it should be available in all rooms.

“Experiência muito ruim. Não recomendo.”

The location was the only positive. The bathroom sink was inside the shower box, the room was dirty and poorly organized, old, and when I requested a double bed they gave me two bad single mattresses put together. Breakfast was very weak.
