I liked the concept, but the staff fell short of the hotel’s usual standards, and I couldn’t reach in‑room dining. A lipstick‑stained cup was left in my room, and the minibar wasn’t restocked by housekeeping; they really need extra staff training.

The staff were amazing and accommodating, but traffic can be really bad right in front of the entrance.

The receptionist who checked me in, Thompson, was rude. I got there around midnight, asked a few questions about the hotel and its amenities, and he just pointed me toward the elevator to cut the conversation short.

The room was huge and very well appointed—extremely comfortable! The restaurant food was delicious and convenient to have right at the hotel.
