Quality Inn & Suites Bloomington I-55 and I-74

“It was pleasant for the most part.”

The room was spotless and the bed was comfy, with staff who were friendly and professional; however, the bathroom needed improvement— the tub was very slippery and the toilet was too low and small, and the breakfast selections were quite limited.

“Couldn’t sleep at night at times due to overwhelming smell of marijuana”

Getting there was easy, yet everyone was smoking marijuana.

The location was great, but the place smelled bad and the grout in the bathroom resembled thick black sludge.

“The hotel staff works hard to make sure the customer is taken care of.”

We had an issue with the first room, but the staff went out of their way to fix it, and I appreciated that level of service; however, management apparently turns down the air conditioning to cut costs or for some other reason, and in this humid area that makes the hotel feel damp—you could feel it and smell it, so they might want to rethink that approach.

“Very Pleasant”

Friendly staff and an amazing bed made this the quietest place I’ve stayed in a long time—no hallway or neighboring room noise, plus Starbucks right next door.
