I loved the service, the room was perfect and exceptionally clean, but the breakfast was always the same.

When we arrived at the hostel, no one was there to greet us or open the door, so we had to stand on 1 H street because neither the contact number nor the emergency line answered. We even missed the festival we’d come for because of the late arrival.
