This is a scam; the reservation didn’t list the correct address, didn’t mention that a small child lives there and that the child yells loudly. The host unreasonably kicked out my girlfriend, who I had booked the room for, so she couldn’t even stay the night. The host shouted loudly with emotion and expelled her. Please investigate this situation, take all necessary actions so that such negativity doesn’t appear on Booking, and refund the reservation.

We just needed a place to sleep for one night before moving on, but that basic need was impossible to meet. The booking gave us a room in an apartment where a mother lives with her toddler. They woke up at 3:30 am, and from then on sleeping was impossible. The woman started cooking at night, frying things in a pan with a lot of oil, which was incredibly loud in our room and the whole apartment smelled of fat and oil. The cooking went on loudly until 4:15 am, after which the toddler—who sits right next to the bedroom—started to scream and play loudly, making it impossible to fall asleep again. This continued nonstop until 11 am when we checked out. I even left the room at 5 am to tell the woman that it was insane to make that kind of noise in the middle of the night and that we couldn’t sleep at all, but she just said “yes ok” and changed nothing; the child kept being so loud that sleeping was impossible. Never in my life have I felt ripped off; we almost paid 70 € for the night and could not sleep at all! We’re very disappointed and can’t recommend this place.

The place was spotless and smelled nice, the hostess was friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a quiet spot. Finding it was a bit tricky – first you need the street name without the gate number, then the apartment number, and you have to contact the host for every detail.
