It’s generally what we all want. A special shout‑out to the egg‑station chef, who is deaf but superb. The breakfast menu variety could be improved.

The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and the location is excellent. Every staff member delivered world‑class customer care, being very attentive and caring, making us feel like VIPs.

We booked this place because we wanted a break from the city yet still nearby. The bed was great and the staff were friendly. Check‑in and check‑out ran smoothly. Our room was close to the elevator, which was handy with our infant. They even set up a crib for the baby without us asking, so I could pack and unpack while the baby slept in it instead of in the middle of the bed. Nearby, there’s a 7‑Eleven, ZUS Coffee, KFC, Domino’s, and a 24‑hour Mamak spot—perfect for a midnight snack or early‑morning caffeine. The bedroom air‑conditioner wasn’t cool at all, but the living‑room unit was fine, so we slept there instead. On the second day, the shower hose burst, making it hard to bathe our baby. I mentioned the issue at checkout and the staff noted it.

The facilities are solid and the vibe is pleasant. My first visit was in 2018 when we were invited to plant herb plants (landscape) around the property by a UITM student, and my first check‑in was in 2026—thumbs up.
