I’m back at this lovely retreat, which I consider a hidden gem on the island. Boars paid visits around my little place at night, and I could hear them talk under a stormy night—exactly the experience I crave! The chocolate snack that arrived as a welcome gift was absolutely lovely, and I love how close it was to the black beach. I’ll stay there again next time. The only drawback is that the fridge barely cools, so my poke went bad the next day and left an unpleasant odor that lingered. Because heat is a constant issue and the location isn’t close to many food spots, it might be worth upgrading the fridge to a proper cold storage so guests don’t have to go out for food every day.
