The staff is helpful. The room is by the roadside, so it was noisy and dusty. The room wasn’t that clean and it was pretty packed.

The staff is okay. The location is actually far from both the airport and you need to book a Grab at least half an hour in advance because they’re all waiting at the airport. It’s also a bit noisy at night, with people making calls outside your room long past midnight.

The hotel offers good value for money. The room we stayed in was decent, and the included breakfast buffet was rich and varied. The shuttle that connects the hotel to the other Tune Hotel at Terminal 2 is a real plus because it lets you reach the airport without a private transport. The staff are also friendly and very accommodating.
