A very nice place for a quick stay, with Benito at the reception being very accommodating and ready to help with anything.

Good value for money and close to amenities, though the entrance looked like a rundown bar, the people were nice.

Worst place to stay—very dirty and the staff are very rude, especially when they talk loudly to guests. Bed bugs everywhere, terrible smell. There are many hostels with a clean atmosphere in London; this one is nothing like that.
