“Nice place could use maintenance upkeep on drain”
The staff were friendly and the highway was easily accessible. However, the drains were sluggish and left water standing when washing hands or showering.

The hotel looked very nice and had been updated. Nothing else to note.

I filed a complaint asking for a refund but still haven’t heard back from the general manager. The breakfast was also lacking.

The bed was comfortable. When I arrived, I found a deadbolt on room 302 that wasn’t working. I asked to be moved, and was told “give me a minute and I’ll send someone up.” I ended up going downstairs to the desk, where I was told “he’s in another room right now.” I explained that it would be easier for me to move to a functioning room, but she insisted it wouldn’t be easier and moved me to 312 instead. The deadbolt worked there, but there was no coffee maker and the USB outlet didn’t hold my charger cord; the one on the desk lamp was broken. I tried calling the front desk, but the phone wouldn’t work—probably unplugged, but I couldn’t see where to plug it. Sleep was uneasy because I wasn’t sure my phone could charge, and I missed our hospital appointment. The toilet rocked, the tank lid just sat on the tank, and a wall sconce had rust. The lock on the adjoining room was broken, and there was no lock on the linen room door off the hall. The hotel clearly needs serious maintenance and better front‑desk training; it doesn’t meet the standards I’d expect from Hilton or Hampton Inn.
