The location was perfect, but the gentleman at the desk didn’t feel very welcoming and seemed to think we weren’t his usual clientele 😅

Everything. A new franchisee has made a big difference (we have stayed here a number of times). Modern makeover, friendly, helpful staff, well stocked bathroom and incredibly comfortable bedrooms. Wow!

I was blown away by the hotel—it feels like a set from an American drama about high society, and it’s as perfect as the whole town of Celebrations. The lakeside location, stellar staff, fantastic breakfasts, cozy rooms, and spotless cleanliness all come together wonderfully, so I highly recommend it. Everything I liked about it.
