Everything was great, Giovanni was super kind, the room was spotless and brand‑new, just a few meters from the main street, close to the ticket office for the ruins and the Santuario della Madonna di Pompei, breakfast was well prepared by Mr. Giovanni, he welcomed us with a lot of kindness, we’ll come back; I liked everything.

Excellent air conditioning for the hot hot days in Pompeii! A nice balcony for a drink after sunset, a clean and modern bathroom, only a 5‑minute walk to the Potra Marina gate, entrance to the ruins, and a 10‑minute walk to restaurants and shops—very nice place to stay!

We were very well received by Gio, I highly recommend and the location is ideal with parking included. Breakfast feels like home.
