We booked last minute, hoping for something affordable on our Cairngorms route, and were pleasantly surprised. The spot was quiet, backed by nature with sheep and cows outside, and the place was spotless and newly renovated. The host was friendly and attentive even for our single‑night stay during the road trip. A short drive got us to town for tasty food, and the location was convenient for nearby distilleries, Inverness, and the Cairngorms.

“Lovely B&B with great breakfast would definitely stay again”

I needed a place that fit my schedule, and this spot did just that; the private bathroom was mine, but I still had to walk downstairs to use it, which was a minor inconvenience but not a deal‑breaker.

“Really relaxing and welcoming with a good sized room and a very comfy bed.”

Adrian, the host, was a charming gentleman who was very helpful and served a tasty breakfast; the toilet is downstairs from the bedroom, which is fine and exclusive to the room you’re in, and Adrian plans to upgrade it to an ensuite soon.
