“Fair. Staffs are perfect”

The hotel's location was a major plus for me, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by some significant issues with the room's amenities. The heater wasn't working, and the air conditioning took a while to cool the room down. To make matters worse, the toilet was dirty and had a moldy smell.

“It was good for the money though”

The hotel's proximity to the SM mall and port was a major draw for me, but unfortunately, the room's bathroom was not functioning properly. Every time I turned on the shower, both the showerhead and the faucet would release water, making it difficult to use. Additionally, the lavatory sink was clogged, and I couldn't use it because it wouldn't drain the water.

I was pleased to find that the hotel was clean and not far from the shopping center's main entrance. However, the noise level was a major issue for me, with motorcycles constantly honking and speeding by outside my room.

I had certain expectations from a hotel called "Family Hotel," but it turned out to be a fairly basic establishment. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a plus, but the amenities were minimal. The breakfast was typical of what you'd find in the Philippines - rice and fish - served in a room that felt more like a cafeteria. I was also surprised to find that there were no high chairs available for families with young children.

“Idéal pour une nuit ou deux avant de prendre l’autobus”

I was pleased to find that the hotel is conveniently located near the northern bus terminal, but unfortunately, my room had a strong sewage smell. Overall, the hotel's proximity to public transportation was a major plus, but the odor issue left a lot to be desired.
