The location is good and access is easy. The place was too hot, the floor was worn, and people smoked dope outside my room until late. The stairs down to the front door are dangerous with a large drop at the last step. The room was supposed to be in the basement, but I had to go up stairs inside the house.

The only positive aspect was the owner's mother, who was kind but didn't speak English. Communication with the owner was extremely difficult; he never answered any of our questions. The property looks quite run down. The back garden has fake grass, yet there was shit everywhere and a pile of trash behind the wall. The steps down to the front door are uneven and could be dangerous if you’re not careful. The bathroom is shared with other guests. The room had two beds, a TV but no remote control, and there was almost no space to move around. We had booked the place twice because we were returning two days later, but when we arrived at 19.30 we were told it had been double booked. Initially the owner seemed irresponsible, but eventually he offered us a room 25 minutes drive away from our original location. That didn’t suit us since we wanted to stay close to our daughter, so we had to contact Booking to secure a different place, which we eventually got. It was frustrating to deal with this so late in the day. The price was not cheap compared to the state of the place, the service, and the surroundings. The street is dirty and rundown, kind of shady. The surrounding area is also dirty and smelly, and it’s not a place a woman would walk alone in late evening.

Poor. I didn’t get the two double beds in the room that the booking promised.

There was no room for me at all; after being promised a refund on site, the messages were never read or replied to, a scam hotel.

The location is great and easy to find. The towels were dirty.
