Very attentive and welcoming staff greeted us from day one. They arranged transfers for our arrival and departure, and gave us comprehensive guidance about the city and the accommodation upon arrival. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a freshly ironed sheet, cleanliness, and a pleasant scent. Every small detail showed care and sophistication. We thank them profusely for this professional attitude and the experience it provided. There was nothing that didn’t satisfy us; we were completely satisfied with everything.
