The building’s design is stylish and cute, and the staff were friendly, making the shuttle arrangements smooth and the overall stay comfortable. The hotel sits 15 minutes from the airport and by the Mekong, so access is good. I had no issues with the air conditioning or shower water pressure, and even though my sim was acting up, the room Wi‑Fi was fast and reliable. Nothing to complain about.

Right by the river, the breakfast is fantastic and I also enjoyed the river cruise. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to make you have a pleasant stay. I was a solo female traveler and I highly recommend staying here. The location is central and you can easily walk/bike to all the places. They also help you arrange trips to the waterfalls. Thank you.

The location on the Mekong bank and in the middle of the UNESCO heritage town is great. The staff were lovely and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Be aware this hotel has no pool or fitness facility.
